Député of deux-Montagnes Benoit Charette offered a certificate from the National Assembly of Québec at the FestivalOpéra FOGL in Saint-Eustache, to the director-founder Leila Chalfoun in recognition of her invaluable contribution to the quality of Life of citizens .

An evening celebrating the rich involvement of the community players in the Deux-Montagnes region. Deputy Benoit Charette welcomed nearly fifty representatives of non-profit organizations to an evening where they were honored.
