Well known baritone on the Quebec lyric scene, Manuel Blais impress's with his vocal strenght and imposant interpretation of roles.
Manuel Blais has appeared as a soloist with Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal, Orchestre Symphonique des Jeunes de Montréal, I Musici de Montréal, Orchestre Symphonique de Trois-‐Rivières, Société Philharmonique de Montréal, Orchestre Symphonique de Québec and L’Ensemble Millénia.
He sang in Italy, Germany, Israel, Canada, USA and France.He has over twenty operatic roles to his credit on the international stage. To name a few, he interpreted Escamillo in Carmen, Germont in La Traviata, Figaro and the Count in Nozze di Figaro, Papageno in Die Zauberflöte, four villains in Les Contes d'Hoffmann, Zurga in The Pearl Fishers.
